[Cynnabar] Meeting Minutes from Sept 16, 2021

The meeting started at 8:40pm.  There were 4 baronial members in attendance.

*Important *- we need a new Exchequer (treasurer).  Mistress Jadwiga will
be stepping down at the end of October.  If you are interested, please
contact the Barons, myself, or Mistress Jadwiga (Monique Rio on FB) as soon
as possible. This is a required office.

A celebration of life will be held for Lambert on October 3rd, at the same
location as fight practice - People's Presbyterian Church in Milan.  This
is not an official SCA event, please see event announcement for more
details.

Discussion of concerns about an in-person event led to an agreement to
cancel in-person Grand Day of Tournaments in 2021.  If you are interested
in being Event Steward for an online GDoT, please let myself or the Barons
know.

We will be having meetings once a month until/ unless Baronial business
requires more.  There will be weekly gatherings at the fight practice
location (People's Presbyterian Church in Milan, MI) to work on crafts and
socialize, please feel free to bring your current project.

Next meeting will be hybrid in-person and online, Thursday October 7, 2021
at 8:30pm, details forthcoming.
