[Cynnabar] Practice 8/18/22

[Marshal - Armored Combat Cynnabar via Barony]

Welcome back to modern world, Cynnabar! Whether you were travelling to
Pennsic, for work, or for a regular vacation, I hope you had fun & that you
and yours are safe.

Practice is always a little unpredictable right after a week of daily
fighting so I added an option in the poll this week for Socializing,
perhaps with a pint at OG. So getting back into the swing, if you want to
fight we can fight and if you want to socialize we can socialize, and if
you want to do both we can do both. I'll update this evening with numbers.

If you aren't in the polling group, you can tell us your armored practice
attendance in the FB post, message me via FB, or email
cynnabar.marshal at midrealm.org. If you need to be added to the chat group,
speak up. I can retry folks who have had FB errors in the past if your
settings have changed.

Housekeeping:

-Next week is the last Thursday of the month so that will be our practice
tournament.

-September 10th is Harvest Days, which is a ToC.

-September 16-18 is Vikings Come Home and it was at one point scheduled to
be a Baronial (soft invite because of covid) muster. More info soon.

-September 24 is Coronation in the Barony of Ayreton.

-The Midrealm is still at Tier 2 for Covid policies which means masking
indoors. Its probably wise to be pretty alert about your personal risk
assessment after so much interstate travel the last few weeks. As always,
do what is best for you and your family. We will be here when you can be
here too.
