[Cynnabar] Thursday 6/30 Armored Combat Practice

Cynnabar! We've got a practice tournament this Thursday at 7pm at People's
Presbyterian in Milan!

Sgt. Charles won the last tournament and his wish as host of this one is
but one thing: "Bring ya best."

But I'll elaborate: bring your best weapon, your best heart, your best
fight, and (tourney structure TBD by attendance numbers) be at your best.
Embrace the spirit of excellence by bringing your Crown fight to the list.

Some housekeeping:

--I've been doing some trouble shooting on the issues I've had adding some
people to the group chat. The polling we use to collect attendance there
requires you to use the FB messenger app. If you don't want to have that on
your phone/device, you can still always send me your attendance via private
message or on this post. I havent been able to check if its an Apple thing
though so thats still possible. Yes, No, Pending (attendance numbers), or
Maybe (your schedule may interfere with your attendance) are your options
for attendance in armor. I don't count out of armor attendees or
non-fighters for these purposes but know you're always welcome to come and
train out of armor.

--Please if you know your schedule may always be a Maybe to choose that and
not Yes. I count your Maybe as a variable when making cancelation choices.
If you're definitely coming, especially if that is certain on a Thursday,
please deselect Maybe and choose Yes. I make cancelation decisions by 4pm
Thursday.

--I'm looking for one or more deputies. The majority of my actual legal
responsibilities for this job is paperwork filing and organization.
Everything else I do is gravy on mashed potatoes--it's the thing that makes
practices work -well-. As a deputy, I may need help getting paperwork done
when I can't be there. That's it. I'll show you what I do, show you how to
file quarterly reports, and you can choose how to do the rest if you step
up when my time is done.
