[Cynnabar] Financial Committee & Budget review

Good Evening all,

I'm writing to let everyone know that we will be having two meetings to
discuss both the Baronial Financial Policy as well as the 2022 - 2023
Budget Proposal.

The Meetings will be Thursday March 24th & March 31st at 8pm at Peoples
