*Cynnabar Baronial Meeting* 5/12/2022    In person.           Beth, Jason,
Art, Jorun, Einar, Throckmorton, Ulfrun, Diamante, Throckmorton, Leia,
Morwen, and Valka. 12 in attendance

*Old Business: *None

*Officer Reports:*

*Exchequer: *(Diamante) Budget and police have been passed; no meeting
since then; Q report filed.

*Chatelaine: *(Ceara) Q Report has been sent in

*Armored: *(Jorun) Report isn’t due until June; ready.  Possible melee
practice for June.

*Rapier: *(Throckmorton) No new business; Q report filed.

*Arts & Sciences:* (Ulfrun) Working on new crafting opportunities.

*Herald: *(Aesa)  no report.

*Social Media: *(Valka) No news to report

*Chronicler: *(Gabriela)  Need content for the newsletter

*Archery: *No report

*Their Excellencies:  *(Olafr and Malachy) Not in attendance; no report

*New Business: *

            Changing how to complete pre-practice headcount; Jorun is
interested in changing because it doesn’t function well, hard to update
quickly in case of cancellation.

Beth: Renewed Youth at Large Background check; can potentially help with
youth activities

*Next Business Meeting: *  Thursday, June 9 in person. Outside at the
practice location for the week.
