[Cynnabar] Meeting minutes for 4/20

Good morning!

Please see the attached meeting minutes. Let me know if you have any

Additionally, please note: Their Excellencies are planning on stepping down
and would like the transition to be potentially at Grand Day or 12th Night.
If you are interested in serving as the next Territorials, please let Them
know, or speak with me. I have written the Kingdom Seneschal and the Group
Transition Officer and will begin working on setting up the next steps.
