[Cynnabar] Baronial Meeting Minutes 12/7

Hello everyone!

Please see the attached meeting minutes from last night's meeting.

I did hear back from Darryl at the Monroe site. He is fine with us waiting
one more week before letting him know about whether we want October 26th
for next year's Grand Day of Tournaments. So we will discuss this more
at our next meeting.
