[Cynnabar] Letters of Intent for the next Coronets - Due tonight!

Greetings Good Barony,

A reminder for any who are interested in putting in letter of intent to be
the next Coronets of our Grand Barony -- letters are due to the Seneschal
email by 11:59 pm TONIGHT (July 1).

There have been several missives about them - but if you need more
infomation, the letters should include your names as they will appear on
polls (SCA/MOdern), valid ids and membership cards, a phot and photo
releases.

If there are questions please send me an IM or review the Baronial minutes
and past posts/emails for details.
