[Cynnabar] Baronial Polling and Agenda for Thursday's Meeting

Hello everyone!

Attached you will find the agenda for Thursday's business meeting. This
will be the last meeting until August 17th.  HOWEVER - we will still have
the church available on August 3rd and August 10th. For those of you
available who are not going to Pennsic, please feel free to make a plan to
gather, socialize, etc. Nancy has said that she will be willing to unlock
the doors for us. Thank you!

Also, please don't forget to submit your polls as soon as possible.
We have 27 submitted, but that is not much, really. We were hoping for at
least 45. So please submit your polls. Remember we aren't voting, we are
just indicating our thoughts on how the candidates do in the position. So
even if you feel that both sets are perfect, please indicate this. There
hasn't been any indication that we will have to re-poll if we don't have
enough numbers, but I don't want this to happen!
