Cynnabar Baronial Meeting 23 March 2023, at pm,  in attendance and  through
Zoom.

Announcements:

   Financial Budget Committee meetings will happen soon!
   -

   Spring clean-up day at the Church will be Saturday May 6th. If you are
   able and can help, it is a great way to give back to the Church.
   -

   No gathering on April 6th.

   New Baronial thrones proposal will be coming in the near future.

   Terpsichore (April 15th, 2023) - Eliza

      TRH will be in attendance at Terp and there will be Court -
      recommendations please put in!!!

   Spring Revel (April 23rd - Edelgard)

      Southeast Area Park on the corner of Platt and Ellsworth

   St Cecilia (May 20th) - Jadwiga
   4.

   Celtic Fest - (July 7-8th, 2023) - Tairdelbach

      Put the date on your calendar!

   Fall Revel - Need event steward. Let me know if you are interested.

      Seneschal and TE may start looking at a possible date and location.

   Grand Day of Tournament (October 28th)

      We need an event steward. Let Giovanna know if you are interested.

      Midrealm calendar has been fixed to be the right region and the right
      price.

   12th Night Jan 6, 2024 (Hannah will submit a proposal)
