One comment on the proposal for moving St. Cecelia to June next year:

June tends to be a "death march" of fighting events for the entirety of the
month.  There is no theme conflict. Even if there was many of the
traditional events in June would likely be outside of the 100 mile conflict
radius.  

However, some of the possible support personnel for the event may now have
conflicts for attending.  Potentially more so if there's a kingdom court
happening at such a conflicting event.

My recommendation would be to line up event staff firmly ahead of time.
