[Cynnabar] Event and Demo waiver upload

In case you were not aware, there is a new event and demo waiver upload
page, to be found here: https://shorturl.at/qES58

Waivers must be uploaded within 30 days of the event and will be maintained
for 7 years (adult) and 20 years (minors).
