Their Majesties would like to sponsor a Tournament of the Arts during their
reign, preferably in the February to April timeframe. I'm looking for a
group/s interested in either adding the ToA to their existing event, or to
create an event specifically for the ToA.

Once I have a short list of possible hosting groups/events, I'll present it
to their Majesties. It will be up to them where they want to have the
Tournament of Arts.

ToA requirements: In a nutshell, we need a space to host up to 50 entrants,
1/2 table and 2 chairs per entrant, a sign in table, and a separate space
