[Cynnabar] Baronial Arts & Sciences Interest Survey

Thank you to Aaron for getting my access fixed.

I have created two Google forms

1) The first one is a survey so I know what you know and what you WANT to
know. This will help in setting up workshops.
2) The second one is to find out what you have been working on during a
specific quarter of the year. This information will be included in
reporting to the Barony and summarized in the quarterly reports to the
Regional/Kingdom MoAS officers.

Survey 1 will be conducted annually (now - see below)
Survey 2 will be conducted quarterly (4Q)

I will post about them via this mailing list and through the barony's
presence on Facebook.

To get started, this is the annual survey so you can report what you know
how to do and what you want to learn how to do. Again, this is so I can set
up workshops at the Cynnabar meetings and at local events.
