[Cynnabar] Event Planning Workshop and Round Table

Dear Barony,

This coming Thursday (12/4), our exchequer, Finn, and I will help to
run an Event
Planning Workshop & Round Table.
This session offers a quick, practical overview of what goes into planning
a successful SCA event—from assembling your team and budget basics to site
needs and kingdom requirements.
First, we will walk through Cynnabar’s updated event proposal template to
get some feedback on this new form. The form is meant to help provide
details for group approval and as part of planning for an event.
After, we’ll open the floor for a round table where seasoned event stewards
and newcomers can help build a checklist of things to prepare for when
planning.
This workshop is ideal for anyone preparing to host their first event or
seeking a smoother path for the next one. And, for our seasoned vets,
please join us to share experiences and contribute. ALL ARE WELCOME!!!!
