Hi all, below is the agenda for Thursday's meeting.

Cynnabar Baronial Meeting, June 19, 2025, at 7 pm

   We’ll hold a review of our prospective future budget expenses after the
   meeting on June 26. (This is the last part of a 3 part financial reporting
   process)

         Daye is going to be stepping down sometime this year and would
         like to find a replacement. If you are interested, please
reach out to her,
         Their Excellencies, or the Seneschal for more information.

Events:

   St. Cecilia at the Tower (June 14th) - Mieczko

   Recap and report



   2.

   Celtic Festival (July 11th and 12th) - Finn
   -

      Finn is working with the event staff as they may be able to get
      benches to help with some of the seating areas by fighting.

      Who will be fighting? Please reach out to Throckmorton of Finn

      Who will be displaying their A&S? Please reach out to Lady Ilse to
      volunteer
      -

      Limited direct access for loading and unloading due to new location.
      -

   Grand Day of Tournaments (October 25, Monroe Fairgrounds) -
   Gregoire/Giovanna

      We need a list person for the rapier list person – reach out to
      Giovanna or Throckmorton
      -

      Need at least 6 heralds and several people on the armored list.
      Johannes is our lead herald


Our next business meeting will be on June 26th, which will include officer
reports and a post-meeting budget forecast.
