[Cynnabar] Cynnabar 2025 Budget for review

Hello all,

 

Below is the link to our Cynnabar Budget file we will use for review after this week's meeting. The file is on the public space of the Baronial Google Drive. I’ll be bringing copies as well to the meeting to share.

Some notes on the file: 

 

*	The first page is just the upcoming budget year for review. This information is included in the more detailed lists on page 2 and 3 as well.
*	I’ve decided to keep the Actual vs. Budget line items going forward. This is so we can have an easy reference for past events to see what was planned for actuals. Valuable information to have when planning future events.
*	I’ve added a new section called “Results: Budget vs. Actual”. This is so we can easily see (again, at a glance) how each line item did without having to do the calculations each time. 
*	Green text were numbers pulled from actual reports or meeting notes. 
*	Blue text is the proposed numbers in the “Budget FY 2025-2026” column. 

 

The focus of the meeting will be on the first page for the upcoming year.
