Cynnabar Baronial Meeting Oct. 9, 2025 - at 7:00 pm - 14 in attendance
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
-
Profit T-shirt fundraiser has closed. A donation to the Barony was made
for $140. Thanks for your support, and enjoy your shirts!
-
The church is collecting any “can” (pull-back) tabs for the Ronald
McDonald Children’s Hospital of AA. Please bring them in and save them!
These can be from items such as drinks like soda or beer cans, or canned
food, etc. The Hospital competes with a rival in Ohio – they want to beat
them by the total weight of tabs. These are needed just before the
Michigan/Ohio State games – so for us, Thursday, November 20th.
NEW BUSINESS:
Officer Changeovers
-
Knights Marshal Role - Ugrath proposes to step into the office of
Knights Marshal for Charles (meeting 1 of 3)
-
Ugrath and Charles have been in previous conversations about this
intention; Urgrath has been working towards his marshal training
as part of
this transition
-
Questioning from the group resulted in the following replies –
-
Why? He feels he’s shown commitment to the Barony.
-
Things he’d like to do: he’d like to rebuild the loaner armor,
work on aligning the paperwork for our current fighters, and help keep
their authorizations up to date.
-
He feels he’s ready to take on the burden of the role and that he
wants to bring in some consistency for the position/group.
-
He is also local to our practices, which is helpful
-
Chronicler - Lambert stepping into the role that Godhit has held
(Meeting 1 of 3)
-

conference)
-
Lambert wrote an article in the current Citadel about their
background and readiness for the position.
-
They are already working as Godhit's Deputy
-
Has been part of emails regarding the position and assisting already
*St. Cecelia at the Tower* - proposed date June 27, 2026, at Peoples
Presbyterian, Sir Mieczko is the event lead
-

Once we have this more formalized, we can bring it to a decision.
