Cynnabar Baronial Meeting Minutes - Oct. 16, 2025 - at 7:00 pm - 17 in

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Baronial
-
DEPUTY NEEDED: Our Exchequer, Finn, is looking for a deputy to assist
with some of the needs of the role. Duties would be general assistance of
Exchequer things, including: being a legal signatory on our account, and
helping with event gate countdowns. The candidate doesn’t need to be
obligated to take the role over in the future, but mainly to offer general
assistance.

EVENT PROPOSAL FORMS: We are also working on an event proposal template,
which should be worked out in the next few weeks. The idea is that anyone
putting together a proposal for an event will know everything that’s
needed.

There will be an after-meeting workshop on 10/30 to review or
practice the proposal sheet if anyone is interested. We will
also start on
a checklist for event stewards. Please join to help contribute!

CHATELAINE OFFICE FORM SUBMITTED – Asa has officially submitted their
form for the Chatelanine office (hooray!)

BARONIAL EMAILS: Hannah reports that several of our “lost” Cynnabar
officer emails have been reopened by officers and the MK Helpdesk. Thank
you all for the efforts.

AMOURED FIGHTING ROSTER: The Midrealm is doing a check of our
authorization rolls to record who has been active as an armored fighter in
the past 12 months. Active means having signed in at a practice or
participated in an event. If you have not been to a Cynnabar practice in
the past 12 months, and wish to keep your authorizations active, please
email Ugrath at cynnabar.marshal at midrealm.org
General

CAN TABS NEEDED: The church is collecting any “can” (pull-back) tabs for
the Ronald McDonald Children’s Hospital of AA. Please bring them in by
Thursday, November 20th. (Ask Hannah or Nancy for more details if there’s
questions)
NEW BUSINESS:

OLD BUSINESS
Baronial Officer Changeovers

Knights Marshal Role - Ugrath would be stepping into the office for
Charles (meeting 2 of 3)
-
This week’s questioning from the group resulted in the following
replies –

He has been fighting since about 1989
-
Was previously a marshal and just retook/passed his marshal test
-
Chronicler - Lambert stepping into the role that Godhit has held
(Meeting 2 of 3)
-
They are already working as Godhit's Deputy
-
Has been part of emails regarding the position and assisting already
-
There were no real questions - other than congrats (to both) for
stepping into these roles.
St. Cecelia at the Tower - proposed date June 27, 2026, at Peoples
Presbyterian, Sir Mieczko is the event lead
-
No updates on the event other than that Mieczko said he’d happily test
out the new event proposal form!
EVENTS

Alina has started to share flyers for the event. Will be bringing
some to Grand Day!

The next meeting will be held on Thursday, October 23.
WITH OFFICER REPORTS
Yes, there will also be a 4th meeting this month on October 30. We will
hold an event workshop with the event proposal and make a checklist for
event stewards that night post post-meeting, if anyone wants to join.
