Sept. 18, 2025

Cynnabar Baronial Meeting Sept. 18, 2025 - at 7:00 pm - 17 in attendance
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
-
THREE DAYS TO ORDER TSHIRTS - The Baronial T-shirt fundraiser added
items. Please note that orders must be placed by Sept 21st.
-
No Archery practice until October
-
The church is collecting any “can” tabs for the Ronald McDonald
Children’s Hospital of AA. Please bring them in and save them! These can be
from items such as drinks like soda or beer cans, or canned food, etc. The
Hospital competes with a rival in Ohio – they want to beat them by the
total weight of tabs. These are needed just before the Michigan/Ohio State
games – so for us, Thursday, November 20th.

Baronial Officer “retreat” went well. We’ll share out the minutes.

Taking submissions for the October Citadel. Please Godhit a note –
there’s a form online, or you can message her through Facebook or via her
officer email.

OLD BUSINESS:
Officer Changeovers

Chronicler (Newsletter) would like to step down (Godhit)
-
Godhit would like to transition from this role at the end of the year
-
Lambert has expressed interest and is already working as Godhit's
Deputy
-
If there are others interested, please contact Godhit, Their
Excellencies, or the Seneschal for more information

We will plan to review in October and start to vote officially
-
Chatelaine - Asa is running for the office (Meeting 3 of 3)
-
Asa discussed their background and reasoning for wanting the role
-
The group voted and formally selected them for the role.
-
Asa will be in touch with Daye to sort out the changeover details
Terpischore (March 27-28, 2026) - Lead: Claire (meeting 2 of 3)
-
Will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church - The church is excited
to have us even though it’s Palm Sunday
-
We will be renting the church on Friday, also for an informal dance
-
Budget $1150; 77 adult members for a break-even at $15 pp = $1155
-
We expect about 85 to attend
-
Starting to get the word out now for this even before the fall dance
season and to get this advertised on the Kingdom calendar
-
This time doesn’t compete with Gulf Wars
