ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Baronial

   -

   SOCIAL MEDIA DEPUTY NEEDED - Looking for a deputy who would be
   interested in taking over the role of social Media officer. Please talk
   with Beth or Hannah about the position if interested.
   -

      Beth would love someone who has a passion for social media!
      -

   Dance practice this Friday, 2/13 at Alina and Midairs. Please reach out
   to them if interested in attending
   -

   Life is Sweet in downtown Milan, has delicious cheesecake – IYKYK
   -

   Val Day is coming this weekend!


NEW BUSINESS:

Spring Revel Event - April 26, Island Park (Meeting 1 of 3)

Proposal put forward for this event by Simone

   -

   The proposed total amount is $344 for this event
   -

   Goal is our small spring gathering and fun for everyone.
   -

   We would hold general revel activities like a potluck, martial
   activities, and possibly a garage sale. We’d do the Baronial court and a
   photo.
   -

   There were questions about the insurance and the alcohol policies for
   the event.


Wassail! (discussion)

   -

   Rosalyn has some dates to decide upon for December, so we can book the
   Chelsea Fairgrounds for our Wassail. Those dates are all in December and
   Saturdays: 5, 12, 19, 26
   -

   The group determined that the 12th would be best.
   -

   The next step is that Rosalyn will bring forward a proposal for Wassail
   with figures for the event
   -

   She’s asked for a co-steward, which Renadue offered to help
   -

   We had a healthy discussion about revels and how to make Wassail more
   engaging and festive


OLD BUSINESS:

Regional Events

We have been approached about helping to host and/or run 2 events as
“regional” cooperative events.

   -

   At this point, Andelcrag has placed a bid for Spring Crown Tournament.
   And, it will be our turn to host 12th Night in 2027. Hannah has been
   approached about both of these events and the concept of making them
   regional responsibilities.
   -

   What are some of the questions or ideas we’d want to formulate about
   doing so?
   -

      How do people feel about Regional participation and/or responsibility?
      -

      What sorts of financial implications would we need to review/know
      going into this?
      -

   Hannah is hosting an informal workshop at Val Day among other interested
   groups or people so that we can gather more details on how this might work
   -

      This will be held at 3 pm in the A&S hall. All are welcome to join
      -

      Invites to the other group leaders were sent out
      -

   We will keep this on the agenda as a discussion point moving forward



Spring Revel - $175 - deposit only (3 of 3 meetings)
Simone has a formal bid for Spring Revel.

   -

   Simone will be asking an Ann Arbor resident to put in the reservation
   for us.
   -

   The portion of the deposit only was approved for this event so we can
   reserve the space on time



Children’s Healing Center (Asa) in Ypsi would like us to do volunteer
activities. They have been reaching out to area groups and businesses to
see how we can collaborate.

   -

   Nothing new to report as of yet.



Baronial Website
Aeffe (Baronial Webminster) reminds us again that the Baronial website's
refreshed look is coming soon!

   -

   Officers, please reach out to Aeffe if you still have questions about
   the new website
   -

   We are still on track to have things go live in Feb
   -

   We’ll be updating our email list to a Google group – more to come soon
   on that
   -

   We’ll also be updating our Google Calendar to a single Calendar
   -

   Beth and Aeffe are working on coordinating those communications so we
   can get the calendar notifications all worked out

   -

   We still need a person to run the lunch tavern - reach out to Claire or
   Hannah
   -

   The class list for dances has been posted online
   -

   Her Highness will be in attendance!



St. Cecelia at the Tower - June 27, 2026, Peoples Presbyterian) Lead: Sir
Mieczko (not in attendance)

   -

   Lunch and dinner budgets are fundraisers and will be separate. Still no
   proposal on this event



Grand Day of Touraments - October 24, 2026 - Monroe Co Fairgrounds

   -

   Deposit placed and received – event bid forthcoming
