ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Baronial

   -

   SOCIAL MEDIA DEPUTY NEEDED - Looking for a deputy who would be
   interested in taking over the role of social Media officer. Please talk
   with Beth or Hannah about the position if interested
   -

   Dance practice 7PM - Friday 1/30, Mistress Alina & Sir Midair's Home
   -

   There will be a boycott with AnneMarie on Feb 5th.



NEW BUSINESS:

Regional Events

We have been approached about helping to host and/or run 2 events as
“regional” cooperative events.

   -

   At this point, Andelcrag has placed a bid for Spring Crown Tournament.
   And, it will be our turn to host 12th Night in 2027. Hannah has been
   approached about both of these events and the concept of making them
   regional responsibilities.
   -

   What are some of the questions or ideas we’d want to formulate about
   doing so?
   -

      How do people feel about Regional participation and/or responsibility?
      -

      What sorts of financial implications would we need to review/know
      going into this?
      -

   We hope to hold an informal meeting at Val Day among other interested
   groups or people so that we can gather more details on how this might work
   -

   We will keep this on the agenda as a discussion point moving forward



OLD BUSINESS:


Spring Revel - $175 - deposit only (2 of 3 meetings)
Simone has a formal bid for Spring Revel.

   -

   Group reviewed potential dates again that are open at the Pavilion at
   Island Park
   -

      Again, decided that Sunday, 4/26, would work best
      -

   Simone will be asking an Ann Arbor resident to put in the reservation
   for us.


Children’s Healing Center (Asa) in Ypsi would like us to do volunteer
activities. They have been reaching out to area groups and businesses to
see how we can collaborate.

   -

   Possible group activity, but we need to get more information
   -

   Nothing new to report as of yet.



Baronial Website
Aeffe (Baronial Webminster) reminds us again that the Baronial website's
refreshed look is coming soon!

   -

   ALL OFFICERS, please update your pages before the end of January. We
   would like a state of modernity to the content that’s currently being
   shown. Aeffe will be able to help if you need it.
   -

   Please reach out to Aeffe to confirm you’ve looked at things
   -

   We are looking to go live in February
   -

   We will also need to migrate our Google Calendar and email list. Stay
   tuned for more information on those items

EVENTS

Terpischore - (March 27-28, 2026, Westminster Presbyterian Church)  Lead:
Claire (Not present)

   -

   We need a person to run the lunch tavern - reach out to Claire or Hannah
   -

   The check was mailed directly to the church (Finn managing)
   -

   We will have the Royals at Terp!Her Highness will be in attendance. Her
   Excellency Valka has offered to be the Royalty Liaison for the event



St. Cecelia at the Tower - June 27, 2026, Peoples Presbyterian) Lead: Sir
Mieczko (not in attendance)

   -

   Lunch and dinner budgets are fundraisers and will be separate. Jerry is
   interested in putting forth a menu
   -

   This has been placed on the Kingdom Calendar


Grand Day of Touraments - October 24, 2026 - Monroe Co Fairgrounds

   -

   Deposit placed and received – event bid forthcoming
