12p - The Chamber starts set-up and continues throughout the afternoon.<BR> - David starts performance set-up. He will stay until it's done and return later <BR>
to prepare for performance. Volunteers are welcome.<BR><BR><FONT color=#ff0000><FONT color=#000000>4:00- - SCA arrives to set-up Info/Arts & Sciences table and prepare for performances </FONT></FONT><BR>

Info table.<BR>
<BR>5:30 to 8:30 - SCA members in garb circulate among the audience.<BR>
<BR>6:15 to 6:30 - SCA music group sings medieval songs (this occurs at different locations <BR>
throughout evening) <BR>
<BR>6:45 to 7:00 - Swordfight breaks out on stage<BR>
<BR>7:00 - C of C emcee takes over, starts Auction<BR>
<BR>After auction - SCA music group sings <BR>
<BR>
8:15 - SCA music group sings </SPAN><BR><BR><BR><BR>
<STRONG>Food</STRONG>- We are allowed to have the food and beverages being served. Reminder- It will be a CASH BAR.<BR>
<BR>
<STRONG>Storage</STRONG>- Performers will have a place to change and store items during the performance. Be mindful of your valuables. <BR>
<BR>
<STRONG>Arts and Sciences Display</STRONG>- The SCA will have three tables to show off our talents. Please bring your best.<BR>
<BR>
<STRONG>Parking</STRONG>- The Chamber is expecting hundreds of guests. You may have to drop off your items then go find a parking space.<BR>
<BR>
<STRONG>Performers</STRONG>- In addition to the SCA there will be members or the Sword Club and Ring of Steel.<BR>
