<div>    For those who are non-combatants, I will summarize the only non-combat point of interest:</div>

<div>   <strong>All merchants will close on the second FRIDAY at 11pm. There will be no shopping on the final Saturday or Sunday this year! Be sure to get those T-shirts and last minute gifts for friends at home on Friday night, because otherwise your are out of luck.</strong></div>
