The library will let me know.<BR>-A source for period fables/stories(child appropriate)-Ann has some sources. Anyone else?<BR> <BR> <BR> <BR><U><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt" size=3><STRONG><U><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt" size=3><STRONG>Cynnabar</STRONG></FONT></U>/Talonval would like to provide</STRONG></FONT></U>:<BR> <BR>Armored Fighters<BR> In addition to Cynnabar and Talonval fighters there are Manchester community members who want to be involved with the fighters. <BR> Tairdelbach says they will need to come to practice to be trained.<BR> <BR>Fencers<BR> In addition to Cynnabar and Talonval fighters there are Manchester community members who want to be involved with the fencers. <BR> Tairdelbach says they will need to come to practice to be trained.<BR> <BR>Youth Fighting<BR> <BR>European Singers<BR> <BR>European Dancers<BR> In addition to performances, Could this be a workshop?<BR> <BR>Middle Eastern Dancers<BR> In addition to performances, Could this could be a workshop?<BR> <BR>Scribal Art<BR> Need people working on projects<BR> Could there be some kind of workshop?<BR> <BR>Fiber Arts<BR> Need people working on projects<BR> Could there be a wool felting workshop?<BR> <BR>Heraldry<BR> Simcha-Chaya has a great class on this<BR> <BR>Arts & Sciences display<BR> This is a great place to display your crafts and weaponry. This area is for both groups and needs to be guarded at all times. We will <BR> coordinate with Talonval.<BR> <BR>Information table<BR> Information from Cynnabar and Talonval will be available <BR> <BR>Food<BR> Need someone to talk about food in the Middle Ages. <BR> <BR>Musicians<BR> It would help add atmosphere to have musicians. Strolling, performing in one place, both?<BR> <BR>People in garb<BR> <BR>Blacksmith- Alex is committed to doing this.<BR> <BR>Games<BR> <BR>Garb Workshop<BR> The librarian said there are about 30 people in the community who are asking for garb. We suggested a T-tunic workshop that could be held<BR> at the library. They are excited about this idea.<BR> Both SCA groups together could not outfit that many people. I am concerned about loaning out that much garb to community participants.<BR> We would need several people to lead the workshop. <BR> <BR> If a second workshop is needed, perhaps the library staff could provide instruction. They would like to participate too.<BR> <BR><U><FONT size=3></FONT></U> <BR>Restrooms- <BR> Inside the library<BR> <BR>Changing rooms<BR> There will be separate men/women's changing rooms in the library<BR> <BR>Parking<BR> Parking is free in the library lot. They are checking on adding parking at other sites nearby for the community.<BR> <BR>Day Camps<BR> Ample room for day camps<BR> <BR>Vendors<BR>The library says there will be no outside vendors at this event<BR> <BR>Advertising<BR>-The library plans to issue a press release. They are hoping for coverage by the local paper called the Manchester Enterpise.<BR>-They will be placing flyers throughout the town.<BR> <BR>We are asking the library to provide:<BR>-Tables<BR>-chairs<BR>-large tent<BR> This could include a place for many workshops, performances.
