<div>      Cynnabar&#39;s order of precedence is self reported. If you get an award, either kingdom or baronial, please fill in the OP so that Their Excellencies and your friends know about it. Often times you are so deserving of an award everyone ASSUMES you already have it. But you don&#39;t and you won&#39;t unless they can look on the list and see that a gross and unfortunate over-sight has been made.</div>
