They are engaged in combat demonstrations, of both varieties, at the Mid-Michigan Renaissance Festival (<a href="http://www.midmichiganrenfest.com/">http://www.midmichiganrenfest.com/</a>) near Frankenmuth. I went in response to a call their Knight-Marshal put forth for assistance due to a shortage of available local participants. </div><div><br></div><div>The festival site is amazing, as only a Pentamere woodland in the autumn can be, and the good people of the shire were most friendly hosts. </div><div>I would encourage any member of the Barony who has the time and ability to make the
journey on either of the next two weekends, especially the weekend of the 23rd, to make the trip.
