Believe me Good Sir, I completely understand your level of frustration. I<br>
expect that the regulations may at some point relax to a certain degree (some<br>
already have). That said, it is the set of regulations that chroniclers of the<br>
SCA are presently working under at the moment. This is something we are<br>
continually discussing amongst ourselves as chroniclers. As things are<br>
discussed, things change, and we hope for the better. I've made a note of your<br>
sentiments and will add them to the discussion.<br>
