<div><br>It is the Ladies Literary Club in Ypsilanti.<br>Not-for-profits can rent it for $85. </div>

<div><br>There are three main rooms - and it is a wet site.</div>
<div>Again, it is not huge, but for something smaller it might be a great possibility.</div>
