Thanks, Jadzia, that does help clarify things. I hope that you'll really emphasize in the marketing that people who do play an instrument and read music but have not played in a period group are extremely welcome at this event.<br />

I also hope that in the future there will be opportunities for those who have not played before or have only dabbled to get some experience as well. I think that would be a great way of fostering cross-participation within the group, as well as expanding the pool of musicians in general!<br />
