Good morning unto the great Barony of Cynnabar!<br><br>I am updating the
 Cynnabar brochure and I would like to use the wonderful group photo 
that Master RanthulfR took at Spring Revel. Because the photo will 
appear in print, however, I need model release forms for everyone who 
appears in the photo, per my discussions with the Kingdom Chronicler. We
 have several completed forms already (thank you, Lord Ermenrich), and 
I've gone through the group photo and blurred the faces of those for 
whom we do not have a record of having a model release form. You can see

<br>The form is fillable, meaning you can complete it on your computer  
(digital signatures are acceptable), save it, and e-mail it back to me. 
Or you can print it and give it to me at the Kill & Grill this 
Sunday.<br>
<br>Tip: If you'd rather not have us ask you again to fill out a model 
release form, click Option #1 on the form and we'll have a blanket
