<P>Personally, I don't like the idea of this on a Sudnay.</P>

<P>The 21st seems to be open on the Kingdom calendar, but it's also the Saturday right before a holiday week and there may be folks that are taking the next week off and heading out for family holidays. (Just speculating, but something to keep in mind.)</P>

<P>Another option I ran across doing reserch earlier is the Chelsea Depot (link below). Site rental is only $250 for the entire day (and it says there is a discount for non-profit groups). The site says it's seating for up to 100. I don't know if there is a kitchen or not. But I do know the only big caveat is that you have to take all your garbage with you, including trash from the bathrooms. But it's an option to consider.</P>
