<p><u><b>New Business</b></u></p>
<p><b>Proposal for Leather and Rivers for Armored Fighters </b>–
Gregor made a proposal to purchase for $200 leather and rivets for
use in our loaner equipment for armored combat. The Barony has in its
collection numerous pieces of loaner armor in need of new materials
that these materials would make functional. This proposal would help
finance the necessary replacement of rivets and straps as well as
enable me to make available new arm and leg defenses for baronial
use. See attached proposal with breakdown of costs. No objections to
date, however, Uillec mentioned he would check to see if he could
locate a person with a Tandy discount we could use to lower the
price. 1^st of 3 meetings.</p>

<p><u><b>Announcements</b></u> –<u> </u>
</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal">Our Baronial Exchequer, Ilse,
mentioned that if someone needs a check cut for an approved expense
to please e-mail her the weekend before the meeting and she will be
sure to bring the checkbook and also try to locate a co-signer to
attend the meeting.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal">Forester Grey says he has an
enormous pile of brewing honey which is available free or by
donation. He has two 60# pails.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal">Baroness Kasha reminds everyone
that the list of classes being taught by members of the barony is
pinned to the top of the Cynnabar Facebook page. This includes
Forester Grey's class, “Irreverent Opinions on Archery,” Lady
Bianca's class, “Herjolfesnes Gown,” and Gregor's class, “Enhance
Your Camp.” </span>
</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal">Joann's no longer carries 100%
wool.</span></p>
<p><font size="2">Note: <b>Mistress Kay is in China
</b>for the first 3 weeks in July. Lady Ceara was
scheduled to chair tonight's meeting, but was unable to do so tonight
due to work commitments, so Genoveva stepped up to help. Ceara will
chair the next meeting. Please send Ceara any announcements of other
items you want to delivered for the next meeting. Ceara

<p>Mistress Kay will be back in time to chair the meeting on Monday
7/27, BUT, because so many people will be at Pennsic there is some
question of who may be in town to come. <b>She</b><b> will be at the
Classic Cup from 6:45 to 7:15pm, but if no one else comes she  will
depart</b>. That week is Officer Reports.  Please send them to
