and Kasha reported that the teacher organizer was very grateful for our
presence. The singers, dancers and combatants who came to the evening made a
good impression on the students it seems.</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:115%"></span></p>

attended: Well organized.<span> </span>Beautiful room.
Fire was great (and greatly praised.) Hannah said many people stayed, danced,
socialized after dinner. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:115%">What could be improved? <span> </span>Auction did not attract lots of people.<span> </span>Maybe 30% were paying attention.<span> </span>But others used the time between court and
dinner to dish up food, make final preparations. $200 was raised for the Royal
Travel Fund.<span> </span>For a fund-raiser next year
plan to organize a Baronial matching fund. Pledge for example “up to $500”
through the 3 meeting process.<span> </span>Also, set
a minimum bid.<span> </span>The bakers will each know
what materials cost. That would be a good minimum.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:115%">Loss: <span> </span>$15.24.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:115%">Attendance: <span> </span>66 sign ins on waiver. <span> </span>Estimated head count was closer to 85 or 90. And
this year Ms. Claire kept the table and asked people sign the waiver.</span></p>
