any time between 2:00-8:00 pm</li><li>Youth Point</li><ul><li>2 people from
10:00-11:00 am</li><li>2 people from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm</li><li>2 people
from 3:00-4:00 pm</li></ul><li>Lunch Tavern Cleanup: 1 person from
1:00-3:00 pm</li><li>Feast Setup: 2 people from 3:30-5:30 pm</li><li>Feast
Servers: 2 people from 6:00-9:00 pm</li><li>Cleanup: 9 people from
8:00-10:30 pm</li></ul>I am most concerned about having volunteers for
Youth Point. To help with this, you do not need to plan anything, and you
do not need to be a parent or to have been background-checked. (Lady
Genevieve will be there to be in charge.) We just need extra adults to help
the youth with their activities and to make sure nothing dangerous is going
on. From 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, the youth will be playing period games, and
from 1:00-4:00 pm they will be working on a make-your-own game board
project and playing some more active games. Having youth activities greatly
increases the enjoyment of the event for youth and their parents, but we
can only offer youth activities if we have enough volunteers to cover the
