It is asking us to start using those for officer business. We can still use the
@<a href="http://cynnabar.org" target="_blank">cynnabar.org</a> addresses as
well - this is a replacement for things like <a href="mailto:boc.seneschal@gmail.com" target="_blank">boc.seneschal@gmail.com</a>
and for using personal email addresses for SCA business. I will be in touch
with officers with instructions on how to access those addresses. </span></p>
