copy of the new individual waivers to the Clerk of the Roster; there should be
a copy in the FB group Files section. As they're now updating the Kingdom files
in the new database, you will not want to be unable to fight after you've
arrived at an event. Please submit your Q4 marshal at large reports through the
website. If you cannot access it, send your report to the regional, Capt. Bjarg
at <a href="mailto:pentamere.marshal@midrealm.org">pentamere.marshal@midrealm.org</a> ASAP as they're now late. Inform him that you
are not able to get into the reporting page so he can fix it for you.</span><span><span></span></span></p>

looking for opportunities to advertise – which led into A&S, and

items</span></u><span> – Beth:<span>  </span>the church closet doesn’t need new shelves at
this time with the equipment we have, but upgrade should be left in the budget
in case things change for next year.<span>  </span>The
barn storage does need shelves, but that will wait until Spring, when it’s
warmer (the barn is not heated). We have a possibility of some donated
shelving.<span></span></span></p>

pm at Peoples Presbyterian Church in Milan (same as fight practice). Until the
wifi situation can be resolved, we will not be adding a zoom component, since
it doesn’t work (intermittent sound, etc.). </span></span><span><span></span></span></p>
