rates for Michigan and the local county. Propose that we wait about two more

marshals, Throckmorton and Jorun, concurred and were comfortable with the idea
of pausing for a couple more weeks before starting up. Populace in attendance
also agreed. We discussed starting up at the beginning of March – which is 3
weeks, to give a little more buffer, and….well, that’s just easier to remember.<br>
