[Cynnabar] Meeting Minutes 11/9

It may not be possible to post a comprehensive agenda, but it should certainly be possible to send out a reminder that the meeting is at such-and-such date, time & place and that Issues X, Y, & Z will be up for a vote.  That way, people will be aware that a vote will be taking place.
