[Cynnabar] Meeting Minutes 11/9

Hi All-

   The thrones were proposed for the frst time last night. The decision will
be made in two weeks time.

   $2000 is the upper limit on the table as we have not yet sourced bids
from artists to make the new regalia. We discussed the possibility of highly
carved and gilt Glastonbury style chairs.
