[Cynnabar] SCA 2010 Census notes

Two quick notes on the Census:

You may be interested to know that there's a question on peerages for
non-armored combat activities.

Also, read the question on the opposite-gender-only policy for royalty
carefully. It's not asking if you agree with the policy, but if you agree
with *changing* the policy. This one almost tripped me up.
