I will check with our event Steward about our Terpsichore event which is on 
March 23rd. There might be a room that would be suitable. Would that be enough 
space? It wasn't on your list. The rest of the site is taken by dance classes 
all day...but you probably knew that.

Subject: Pentamere Regional A&S Faire


All,
 
I need your help in getting a date set ASAP for the Pentamere Regional A&S 
Faire.  Are any of your groups having an event between February and May that 
would be suitable for hosting the A&S Faire?  I believe that Faires have already 
been set for April 2, 9, and 16 and April 23 is Easter.  We are trying to make 
sure none of the Faires conflict.  Please let me know if you have a suitable 
location.
 
Some potential events to consider if there is adequate space are:
 
Andelcrag Althing on April 30
Squire's Tourney on May 7
Salatoris' Swingin Soiree on May 14
Arrgh Pirates Return on May 21
