[Cynnabar] Fighting Surcoat fabric

Hey Ian,

All of my fighting and everyday tunics are made from 5.3 oz linen purchased
at Fabric-Store.com its the IL019 linen. My stuff has held up great and i
think it looks pretty good too ;)
