-there may be other projects the community will present. The library will let me know.

Cynnabar/Talonval would like to provide:

Armored Fighters
In addition to Cynnabar and Talonval fighters there are Manchester community members who want to be involved with the fighters.
Tairdelbach says they will need to come to practice to be trained.

Could there be some kind of workshop?

Fiber Arts
  Need people working on projects
Could there be a wool felting workshop?

Heraldry
Simcha-Chaya has a great class on this

Arts & Sciences display
This is a great place to display your crafts and weaponry. This area is for both groups and needs to be guarded at all times. We will
   coordinate with Talonval.

Information table
Information from Cynnabar and Talonval will be available

Food
Need someone to talk about food in the Middle Ages.

Musicians
It would help add atmosphere to have musicians. Strolling, performing in one place, both?

People in garb

Blacksmith- Alex is committed to doing this.

Games

Garb Workshop
The librarian said there are about 30 people in the community who are asking for garb. We suggested a T-tunic workshop that could be held
at the library. They are excited about this idea.
Both SCA groups together could not outfit that many people. I am concerned about loaning out that much garb to community participants.
We would need several people to lead the workshop.

If a second workshop is needed, perhaps the library staff could provide instruction. They would like to participate too.

Restrooms-
  Inside the library

Changing rooms
There will be separate men/women's changing rooms in the library

Parking
Parking is free in the library lot. They are checking on adding parking at other sites nearby for the community.

Day Camps
 Ample room for day camps

Vendors
The library says there will be no outside vendors at this event

Advertising
-The library plans to issue a press release. They are hoping for coverage by the local paper called the Manchester Enterpise.
-They will be placing flyers throughout the town.

We are asking the library to provide:
-Tables
-chairs
-large tent
This could include a place for many workshops, performances. It's also good to have in case of rain.
