[Cynnabar] The Norse event - up for an Viking raid?

Hello everyone!

Are there anyone out there interested in going to the Norse Life &
Culture seminar the 10th of April, in Kalamazoo?
As my dear husband will desert me for teaching the scribal arts far,
far away on this weekend (Utah!), I find myself without
transportations, and I am therefore left to beg for a ride - I will
happily help to share the cost of petrol, and will add bribal leverage
by promising apple cake or needle bound socks service to the provider
of transportation.

I would love to be there early enough to catch the 9am lecture on
"Smashing Viking stereotypes", and would be hard to drag away from the
site until at least after "Norse Garb: No, We Didn't All Dress the
Same" that ends around 4pm, and would not mind at all to stay until 6
pm :)

So - Who is up for some viking?
