[Cynnabar] Fwd: A2 Observer City Guide Updates

We should probably change "Heavy Combat and Fencing" to "Armoured and Rapier
combat" in accordance with the new preferences.

Should we include the chatelaine at cynnabar.org mail address so people can
contact directly from the ad? There is something to be said for only having
the website listed too...so this is really just a query.
