[Cynnabar] St. Cecilia at the Tower: Workshop or Event?

I guess what I am getting at is and I am not sure how to say it but is if it
is a Baronial Event I look at it trying to include a couple things to
encourage others in the Barony that are not involved in music to come and
maybe become interested in the music community. Such as during Terp we
generally look at that as a "Dance Event", but it still has a table where
you can work on crafts, games, chain mail, etc.

If it is strictly a musician event with nothing else then where does the
rest of the Barony fit in?

I am not sure it this helps but I hope it makes my point more clear.
