[Cynnabar] St. Cecilia at the Tower: Workshop or Event?

I think the distinction, to put it bluntly, is:

A "Musician's Event" - The event is put on by musicians, for
musicians, with effectively no support from the larger Barony required
other than sponsorship. There would not be anything to do for
non-musicians at the event and no reason for them to attend. The event
would still be planned to break even financially with modest
attendance.

A "Baronial Event" - Activities are planned that would appeal to a
larger audience which would likely require greater support from the
Barony. Some have expressed concern that doing this kind of thing
might lead to general burnout from putting on too many events/demos.

I think it's perfectly fine to have a small, focused event where not
everyone in the Barony feels like they need to come, but if others in
the Barony are excited about the event and want to help with it we
should channel that energy rather than discouraging it.

Does that clarify things?
