re: kitchen clean up

As Fernando and I are professional cooks, we will be cleaning up as we 
go.  We are also planning on doing the cooking that day in disposable 
pans.  All that should need cleaning after feast is what we use for 
service during the feast, and spot cleaning of the kitchen.

Anyone who helps up with the cleaning of the kitchen will earn our 
undying gratitude!
