[Cynnabar] Meeting minutes 1/17/2011 and officer reports

In general, I think that the take home message that we are getting at is
that we, as established fighters, need to be better stewards to our new
people interested in joining us on the field. We need to get them out on the
field, train them and help them through the often perilous process of buying
the right equipment when the time comes. I am all about this.
